Claytonsm offers free shipping on all orders.
Where do we ship to?
Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, Claytonsm currently only ships to Australia. If you have problems purchasing the product, please contact our customer service. We will announce it on the website when other locations start shipping later.
Shipping options and times
Claytonsm offers the following shipping options:
- Shipping time: 2-5 business days for USPS First-Class Shipping. If you do not receive the goods within 60 natural days, please contact the online customer service to help you solve it, and we will arrange for you to resend the goods.
- Once the card/credit card is authorized and verified, the order will be processed.
- Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (AEST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (AEST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
- Order Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process to ship. If you purchased a product without special instructions and the order processing time exceeds 10 days, please contact customer service, Ms. Adams, immediately. After we verify this, your shipment will be rescheduled and reimbursed with a $5 coupon.
Taxes or duties
Since we currently only ship to Australia, your order is not subject to duties, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for the excise tax on the goods and we are not responsible for any tax.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you place an order with Claytonsm, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.
If you have an account with Claytonsm, you can also log into your account and view order status and history.
Package redirection
If you’re shopping for several people at the same time and want to ship various items to multiple addresses, you’ll have to place separate orders for each address. An order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping charges apply to each order placed.
Goods lost
If the item is lost, although we are not responsible for it, please contact Ms. Adams with the order number and we will try to help you get in touch with the logistics company.
Receipt instructions
Before signing for express delivery, please be sure to check the quantity of the goods and check whether the goods are in good condition, and then sign for the goods after confirming that there is no abnormality. If there is any abnormality, please refuse the visa in time or contact us by phone.
Package rejection
If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund of the merchandise and taxes paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
