Return or exchange

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you don’t, we’ll be happy to process a new order for you or issue you a refund. You have up to 30 days from the shipping date to return or exchange items purchased at Claytonsm.

Customized product

Customized products are carried out under the condition that both parties have reached a consensus: the buyer’s paid order does not support a 30-day reason to return.
Please understand that the nature of customized products is different from that of single products. After the products are made and shipped, refunds are not supported due to the buyer’s personal reasons.
Claytonsm and customized product customers will no longer accept pattern modification once the order is confirmed and the production is arranged. Before the production is completed, the number of clothes can be increased but the original size cannot be modified. The transaction between the two parties is carried out on the basis of the buyer’s understanding. Please take into account the personal interests of the buyer and respect the labor results of the seller. If your mind, please be careful. You can contact Ms. Adams for specific details. Return request

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
  • Providing your order number will allow us to fast-track your order.
  • The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Purchased items must be returned intact, unwashed, or damaged.
  • Please be careful when mailing any item back to us and provide tracking information in all cases. We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged in transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
  • Damaged, soiled, or altered returns may not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
  • Claytonsm will receive your returned product within 30 days of purchase and, upon confirmation, return for the price paid in the original form of payment, with the original receipt attached.

How to return

For returns, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with the reason for the exchange or refund. Please note that we will not process any returns or exchanges without prior communication.
Please return your item in the protective cardboard outer box in the original packaging.
Please make sure the product is well packaged to prevent breakage.

Unacceptable returns:

  • Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Goods that have been washed, stained, artificially damaged and worn, defective and affect secondary sales.
  • Products that lack tags and outer packaging.
  • Items past the return date.

Received defective item

If the product has quality problems, you can apply for a free return.
Quality problems refer to damaged clothes, misprinted patterns, and blurry (except for the low pixels of the picture itself).
Due to objective reasons such as size deviation, style color coding, pattern color cast, etc., selected by the customer, because our store is a customized product, it cannot be returned for secondary sales.

Kind tips

The data on the product page we provide is measured with the clothes laid flat, and there may be an error of 2-4cm due to different measurement methods.

  1. Due to differences in individual body shapes, please choose the size according to your dressing habits. If you have any doubts, you can consult customer service.
  2. Customers are invited to provide the size for reference only, please do not use this as a reason for return or exchange.

About canceling an order

Due to our fast processing and fulfillment times, the cancellation deadline should be within 30 minutes of your order being placed. We were unable to retrieve the order after 30 minutes.

Please allow us 24 hours within business days to process your canceled order. Orders that cannot be canceled need to be returned after you receive the package, and we will issue a refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.

Refund

The exact time the refund arrives depends on your payment method, Claytonsm will issue a full refund within 1-2 business days. Thank you for your patience.
